Haiku + Senryu

Haiku is a seasonal, reverent celebration of a subject (nature or people) trying to make a feeling.
Senryu tends to have a victim and may be humorous or irreverant trying to make a point.

Heat wave stressed leaves that fell recently on my verandah when the late afternoon winds began...
I arranged them in such a way that they appeared like a beautiful flower...

scrambled seasons

yoked arithmetic

NOTE
In memory of Kat Creighton who loved the beach, the sea in New Jersey.
Her haiku blog was my ninth life.
Her gift from a friend, a seashell angel, was her most recent avatar on Facebook.
